A Downtown Plan of Development was created for the City of Littleton as a guiding document for the newly-formed Downtown Development Authority. The DDA was established in 2022 and will use the plan to accomplish key projects with the generation of new funding. Studio Seed led urban design elements of the plan and was a sub-consultant to Progressive Urban Management Associates.
